Pro-Rollerknife Instructions:

1. Choose your roller type:

A. Concave Roller– Fiberglass screening mesh

B. Convex Roller– Aluminum screening mesh

C. Flat Roller– Fast Track Flat Spline

2. Once you have chosen your roller, unscrew the 2 screws on the side of the roller

end and insert your wheel. Tighten your screws back in place once you have inserted

the roller for your screening project.

3. Pre cut your screen with an eighth of an inch extra, and place it into the spline

groove.

4. Start at one end of your spline groove and place the spline at the beginning on top of

the spline.

5. Press hard with the Pro-Rollerknife and roll forward and down ward to keep

screen mesh in place.

6. Once you have reached the end of your spline groove, use the knife on the opposite

end to cut your spline.

7. Repeat the above steps for each spline groove on your project, do not use the spline

in one continuous line. You must start and stop at each corner for it to hold properly.

8. Once you have finished your project, trim your excess screen using a sharp razor-

blade.
